There seems to be a general issue on d-row regarding the classification of the work capable offenders being treated the same as 'administrative segregation' (ad-seg). This erroneous general classification is contrary to the official policy and it is creating hardship and issues for everyone there on d-row at Mountain View. Please take some time to review the call to action and the issue memos that Chelsea sent me.
